Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on early childhood communication development.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress in accordance with professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) preferred.
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings with early childhood populations.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Ability to manage a preschool caseload effectively, adapting therapy strategies to young childrens developmental needs.
